When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter: usually your name, work email, clinic name, website, phone number and anything you write in the message box. This site is for clinic owners and staff. Please don’t send us any patient information through it.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use form submissions to reply to you, to prepare an audit you asked for, and to talk with you about our services. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run this website and our business, who may only use it for that purpose.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or ad tracking pixels. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person and may set a security cookie when you use a form.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver pages and block malicious traffic.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a record of our conversations, and then delete them.
Your choices
